How Anime Wall Scrolls are made?
I always buy Wall Scroll, but I don’t always like the picture. I believe I do something better that will satisfy my likings. So far, I have these question:
What kind of cloth do they use? What kind of paint? Is it expensive to do it myself? Can I do it at home? Can I use a print out sheet of a picture instead of drawing it myself? What are the proceedure to do this successfully?
If you can do better, why not give it a shot. For practice you may want to use a cheap fabric such a muslin. But for your final scroll, I would use silk. Here is a link for an online art supply store…they carry everything for painting on silk.

If I were you, I would use your original art work. That way you can’t get into trouble using copyrighted material. And original art is always desirable.
Ultimately, if you are good and enjoy the work, you could try selling your scrolls at anime gatherings and conventions.
